Born in 1980, Paige grew up demanding constant attention from her mother, Carlene. As she entered her teenage years, her behavior spiraled into drug use, expulsions, theft, and repeated run-ins with the law.

Paige Conley was convicted of murder and sentenced to 27 years in prison. After appealing on mental health grounds, she later accepted a reduced 20-year sentence, with possible parole in 2032.
