Ensuing Meth-Fueled Explosion, Man Gets Second Chance at Life With Jesus
Rodney says he gave his life to Christ on the way to the hospital, and he immediately left his more than 20 years of addiction behind him. Rodney is the founder of “Club Meth to Christ Ministries” and discusses what led him to his decades-long struggle with drugs and alcohol, and more importantly, what got him out of it: Jesus!
He also talks about how every day is about making the next right choice, step by step, moment by moment.
More about Rodney Williams and book Club Meth to Christ:
Rodney Williams, once a drug addict and alcoholic for over twenty years, dramatically transformed his life following a crystal meth lab explosion. That harrowing night, which required months of skin grafts and burn treatments, was the turning point where he surrendered to Jesus Christ and began a new journey. He sought help through the Home of Grace drug rehabilitation program and furthered his education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Mobile.
Today, Rodney is an ordained pastor, author, and founder of Club Meth to Christ Ministries. His book, "Club Meth to Christ," details his journey from addiction to faith. Rodney devoted eight years to pastoring a small congregation in South Mississippi and has since dedicated himself to full-time evangelism. Through countless evangelical and secular events, he shares his experience, warning about the dangers of drugs and offering hope to those struggling with addiction.
Rodney's remarkable testimony resonates deeply with audiences, providing both relatability and inspiration. He lives in South Mississippi with his wife, Jennifer, and their four children, continuing to impact lives and bless others with his transformative life story.
