The Law of The Land - How We the People Take Back Control

They outline the steps necessary for citizens to take an active role in preserving the principles that the founding fathers intended. Together, they explore the essential steps for Americans to regain their freedom and liberty as enshrined in the Constitution.

The conversation delves deep into the crucial role of the people in bringing about a Convention of States, emphasizing that it can't happen unless the people demand it. Trent and David pose vital questions about why people continue to follow the Constitution, advocating for a renewed commitment to the principles established by the founding fathers. Trent passionately shares that he carries the Constitution with him every day, lamenting how it is violated daily.

The episode serves as a clarion call for citizens to take back their power and actively engage in the fight for liberty and constitutional rights.

More on the Schneider and the Convention of States:

David P. Schneider has been significantly involved with the Convention of States (COS) movement, serving as a Regional Director since 2015. His role involves supporting grassroots efforts in 13 different states and assisting in legislative passages related to the Convention of States in 6 states. Prior to his current position, Schneider was the State Director in Kansas from 2013 to 2015. Before his involvement with COS, he spent 18 years in the banking industry.

In his capacity as Regional Director, Schneider has been actively involved in efforts to get states to join the call for a Convention of States. For instance, he played a significant role in Nebraska's legislative processes concerning the Convention of States, where he witnessed a crucial vote in the legislature that advanced the resolution towards passage.

Schneider also contributed to the advancement of the Convention of States resolution in Kansas. He thanked everyone who supported the movement through various means such as writing letters and making phone calls, and he continued to encourage active involvement in the legislative process.

His work with the Convention of States project aligns with the broader goals of the movement, which seeks to propose constitutional amendments through a state-led convention as provided for in Article V of the U.S. Constitution. The amendments typically aim to restrict federal power and restore power to the states.

Schneider's efforts and leadership have been instrumental in the progress of the Convention of States movement in the Midwest and nationwide. He actively engages with legislators, supporters, and the general public to promote the objectives of the Convention of States project.
